After a heart breaking few years of trying to get the best treatment for my lovely elderly mother who has been cut off from the world due to her hearing problems, I visited Isabella Fisher and her assistant Diane to see if they could help us.
The initial welcome and the treatment that my mother received was exceptional. They genuinely cared for my mother, knowing from their own experiences just how lonely it can be in world where you cannot take part because you cannot hear what the rest of us take for granted.
Isabella was caring, focused and rose to every challenge we presented her with. Her determination to provide a better quality of life to my mother was clearly her goal and I cannot thank her enough for achieving this.
Today my mother is able to join in conversations, speak to her family over the phone and is even able to watch TV in comfort without deafening us all in the process!
Now my mother is happy, I am happy, I feel as though I have my best friend back.

Superb. Excellent personal attention through booking and the treatment. Quick and easy, with excellent results, much more effective than previous water syringing at my Doctor's (which in any case is no longer available).

Isabella was very helpful when I had trouble with my hearing aids ,she was very efficient and nothing was too much trouble to help me sort them out. I will definitely be returning to her clinic in Knowle.

Cannot praise highly enough, the care and treatment received for my 92 year old mother.
Isabella was so kind and patient with her and she fitted her with the perfect hearing aids. It is so wonderful that Mum can hear again, for all the family! Thank you so much for going the extra mile for us during the very busy Christmas week.

Great experience and help from mike.
He explained what would happen very clearly and ensured I wasn’t uncomfortable during the micro suction. He successfully removed ear wax that doctors at the hospital couldn’t remove and another private clinic.

Isabella was great - very aware and considerate of how I was feeling throughout the process. She was friendly and spent 40 mins on my ear till the job was done! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!!

Friendly, professional, efficient wax removal service. After a week of complete deafness in one ear 15 minutes with Isabella completely restored my hearing. A great recommendation to Isabella from my GP.
